William (Bill) Pesch
Chief Executive Officer

Bill Pesch joined McBride in 2008 as CEO successor to Marc McBride. Bill comes to McBride with diverse business experience including having served as the president of Driessen Aircraft Interior Systems, president and COO of Anacomp; and president of Francotyp-Postalia, Inc; Previously, Bill Pesch was VP/GM at A.B. Dick Company; VP International Business Development at Maytag Corporation; and Director of Marketing and Manufacturing at Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. His responsibilities have included managing contract installation and service branch networks internationally.

Bill Pesch is a graduate from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Electrical Engineering and a MBA degree from the Harvard Business School. Currently, Bill serves as member of the Board for University of California, Irvine’s Merage Graduate School of Business.

Scott V. Palka
Chief Financial Officer

Scott Palka joined McBride in 2007 with over 25 years of senior management level experience in finance, accounting, and operations. Most recently, Scott held executive operations and financial leadership positions with Design Line Interiors and Evergreen Aviation.

Scott Palka earned a BS Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the University of Denver. Scott holds the professional designations of CFA, CPA, and CMA.

Eric J. Lazear
Vice-President / Sales & Marketing

Eric Lazear joined McBride in 2009 as the company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Eric is a seasoned executive with 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and executive leadership experience in the facilities management services, industrial automation and construction industries. From 1997 – 2005, Eric served as the president if Amtech Elevator Services, the nation’s largest independent elevator company and Amtech Lighting Services, one of the countries premier lighting and electrical contracting firms. Most recently Eric served as a managing director of the Otis Elevator Company.

Eric Lazear earned his BS Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and a MBA from Portland State University. Eric is a past director of the La Costa Youth Organization, the National Elevator Industry Incorporated and the National Association of Elevator Contractors.

Dave McCann
Vice President / Construction

Dave McCann joined McBride in 2008 as the company’s General Manager for California operations. In 2009, Dave was promoted to Vice President of Construction. In this role Dave supports and oversees construction and major project activity throughout McBride’s coast-to-coast branch network. Dave is a tenured industry professional, having spent the last thirty seven years in the electrical contracting industry. Dave began his career as a second generation electrician, starting as an apprentice in 1972. Over the years Dave expanded his knowledge and took on roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining McBride Dave McCann served as VP / Operations for Arizona – based Corbins Electric and RML Electric.

Dave McCann has completed specialty educational course work in supervision and project management at Clemson University and the University of San Diego.
